We're ROC
We're ROC, a fractional RevOps consultancy helping ambitious B2B companies in MedTech, LegalTech, FinTech, AI, and high-growth sectors unlock their full revenue potential. We don't just implement HubSpot. We redesign how our clients' revenue engines work, from TAM modelling and lead generation through to customer success.
We're a small, high-impact team built on radical transparency, empathy, and a bias for action. And we're growing.
The role
As our HubSpot Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical architect behind transformative RevOps engagements. You'll work directly with founders and C-suite stakeholders, translate complex business problems into scalable HubSpot architecture, and see the direct impact of your work on client growth.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs for mid-market B2B clients
- Running strategic HubSpot audits and building 120-day optimisation roadmaps
- Building advanced workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and attribution systems
- Acting as the primary technical advisor in client engagements
- Exploring how AI and MCP servers can sharpen how we deliver for clients
- Contributing to our methodology library and internal knowledge sharing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
