Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic HubSpot Specialist (B2B) role. This position involves technical optimisation of HubSpot platforms with a focus on automations, integrations, lead scoring, attribution, and data quality to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness within a SaaS or technology environment.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role. We are open to people with up to a 1 month notice.
This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days required in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, optimise, and enhance HubSpot’s functionality by identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions within the marketing team
- Design, configure, test, and deploy advanced workflows, automation, properties, lists, and lifecycle controls
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, automation failures, and technical debt, escalating where necessary
- Manage the technical setup of lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing, exclusions, and Handoff rules
- Execute and validate multi-touch attribution in HubSpot and connected tools, supporting measurement accuracy
- Develop and maintain reliable integrations between HubSpot and external marketing, enrichment, and data systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectors
- Lead data hygiene activities, focusing on duplicate management, validation, standardisation, and compliance with privacy/security requirements
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, workflow diagrams, change logs, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure systems function optimally and support continuous improvement

Person Specification
- From a CRM, Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation background
- Extensive hands-on experience with advanced HubSpot platform configuration, including automation, workflows, lifecycle, scoring, and troubleshooting
- Proven track record in implementing multi-touch attribution in HubSpot or similar environments
- A big plus if you're also have experience of Clay or similar AI focused tools.
- Experience designing and managing integrations, webhooks, and data mappings in SaaS or B2B settings
- Skilled in applying data management best practices, including duplicate prevention, validation, and data governance
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data specialists
- Ability to interpret business needs into scalable marketing solutions
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to testing and measuring outcomes
