Human Capital Business Partner

Description

WFS is looking for an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to join our growing team at London Heathrow.

If you are looking for a role where you can develop your career as part of a talented and passionate team then we want to hear from you. As Human Capital Business Partner you will manage a small team supporting our head office functions whilst taking responsibility for payroll, reporting and HR systems.

We are offering an attractive salary including bonus and private healthcare. Please note that this role is office based 5 days per week and we do not offer hybrid working.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

  • Manage the Payroll, HR Systems and Reporting team
  • Partner with leaders within our Head Office Functions around growth, decline and change
  • Lead the recruitment strategy for defined areas to improve candidate attraction
  • Manage all employee relations issues for defined groups ensuring robust processes are followed
  • Lead the compensation and benefits strategy for the UK business, including benchmarking and global grading exercises
  • Manage the HR System evolution and leverage to provide accurate reporting to the business
  • Involvement in HR projects as required

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience working at HR Business Partner level with strong generalist HR knowledge
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders
  • Knowledge of payroll operations
  • Strong GDPR and compliance understanding
