About the Role

CBRE UK Consulting is a growing consulting group that aims to be consulting and advisory with a difference. We are truly people-centric, we pride authenticity and belonging. We don't ask people to travel every week because we know how that impacts you, we prioritise your health and wellbeing, we actively create community because we know how much it benefits you and are constantly looking for ways to expand on what we offer our people. Similarly, we want to truly make a difference for our clients, offering them thought leadership and connecting, advisory at an affordable rate and a trusted group they can reach out to, just to have chat.

Within the UK Consulting team, there is a growing group: Human Capital Consulting. The corporate real estate (CRE) world is changing. CRE leaders need to understand more about the people who operate within their building and how to consciously, positively impact them; they also need to redesign and transform their organisations so they can sustainably provide for the changing needs people have from their spaces. The Human Capital consulting group aims to provide this degree of advisory.

We are looking for a Human Capital Senior Consultant or Consultant to join our UK Consulting team, based at our London office in Mayfair. This role will be integral to the delivery of our client projects and growth of the Human Capital consulting practice.

  • Build and nurture key relationships with stakeholders (clients and internal) across all levels, gaining their buy-in on all projects and leveraging their support as necessary and appropriate.
  • Advise on best practices and provide thought leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
