About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resource Analyst with international commercial experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will help shape HR policies, improve processes, and drive initiatives aimed at employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global HR practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of international commercial experience in human resources or related fields.
- Proven expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting within HR functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across different regions.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize HR data from various sources such as HRIS systems, payroll records, employee surveys, and exit interviews. Analyze this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and other HR metrics.
- Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and engaging presentations to communicate findings to HR teams and senior management. Simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or gaps in HR processes through data analysis. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance. Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures based on analytical insights.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality in all HR analytics activities, adhering to relevant data protection regulations.
