About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resource Analyst with international commercial experience to join our team at Tksssolutions. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes and improve organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global HR practices, data analysis techniques, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives and work closely with senior leadership to shape HR policies and programs.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of international commercial experience in human resources or related fields. A clear understanding of various HR processes, policies, and procedures is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and HR information systems (HRIS), along with strong communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience working in multicultural environments and familiarity with global HR regulations will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and exit interviews. Analyze this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and other HR metrics.
- Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and compelling presentations to communicate findings to HR teams and business leaders. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement within HR processes. Recommend and implement solutions based on data analysis to optimize workflows and improve overall HR service delivery.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide data-driven support for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
