About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join Maneuver Marketing’s high-growth Health & Wellness DTC teams. Reporting directly to the Head of People, this role is pivotal in aligning our people strategies with our ambitious business objectives. As an integral part of our lean HR team, you will collaborate closely with various departments including Creative, Growth, Tech, and Operations within a matrix environment. Your role will involve partnering with senior managers and leaders to translate business goals into effective people initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. You will have ownership of key HR functions such as performance management, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, refine HR policies, and implement scalable processes in a remote-first setting. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with stakeholders in Singapore, providing at least 3-4 hours of overlap during Singapore business hours, and be eager to develop innovative HR solutions that support our rapid expansion.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within fast-paced, remote-first environments. A background that combines both consultancy and in-house HR experience is preferred, with familiarity in the D2C or Performance Marketing space considered advantageous. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes across multiple functions in a matrix organization is essential, including supporting strategy development, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Strong organizational and time management skills are critical, with proficiency in tools such as Gantt charts, SaaS platforms like Asana or Monday, and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and others. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal teams and external partners. A proactive mindset, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at Maneuver Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining current job descriptions, competency frameworks, pay bands, and role clarity across all functions to support scalable growth.
  • Supporting performance management processes by orchestrating SMART KPIs aligned with company OKRs, conducting calibration sessions, and facilitating high-quality review conversations.
  • Coaching managers on providing effective feedback, conducting bias checks, and creating personalized development plans such as PDPs and PIPs to enhance individual growth.
  • Assisting in compensation planning by preparing approval packs, conducting parity audits, and ensuring transparent communication around total rewards.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives by conducting pulse surveys, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable improvement plans.
  • Supporting initiatives to strengthen company culture, inclusion, and communication through town halls, recognition programs, and manager enablement.
  • Overseeing onboarding processes by coordinating pre-boarding activities, structured 30/60/90-day plans, and capturing feedback to optimize the new hire experience.
  • Managing offboarding and internal transitions with professionalism, ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, and employee exit procedures are thorough and compliant.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across departments to translate business objectives into people strategies, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining stakeholder engagement.
  • Executing HR operations efficiently, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and supporting audit readiness.
  • Designing and implementing learning and development initiatives, mapping competencies to learning paths, and measuring behavioral and performance changes over time.
