About The Company

Maneuver Marketing is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to transforming the health and wellness industry through high-quality, conscious supplement products. Our vision, mission, and success are driven by a commitment to positively impact the health of everyday consumers worldwide. Over the past five years, we have built and scaled a successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand from scratch, achieving over USD$100 million in annual sales and serving more than 3 million customers globally. Our operations include managing an extensive portfolio of products with an average of 4,000 daily orders across nine SKUs. Recognized for our rapid growth and excellence, Maneuver Marketing has been ranked among APAC’s top high-growth companies by The Financial Times and awarded second place in the E50 Awards organized by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore. Our journey is just beginning, and we are seeking passionate individuals to join us as we continue to expand and innovate in the health and wellness space.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our high-growth health and wellness DTC teams. Reporting directly to the Head of People, this role is vital in aligning our people strategies with our ambitious business objectives. As a key member of our lean HR team, you will collaborate closely with various departments—including Creative, Growth, Tech, and Operations—in a matrix environment. Your responsibilities will include translating business goals into effective people initiatives, managing performance and compensation processes, and driving employee engagement and culture initiatives. The role offers significant ownership, including running performance cadences, making pay decisions, coaching managers, and leveraging modern HR tools to automate operations. You will also be instrumental in refining HR policies, playbooks, and strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness. This fully remote position requires close collaboration with Singapore-based stakeholders, with a minimum of 3–4 hours overlap during Singapore working hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM SGT). The ideal candidate is eager to learn, data-driven, and passionate about building scalable HR processes that support rapid growth and a hybrid work environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have between 5 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner supporting manager-level stakeholders within fast-paced, remote-first teams. A mix of consultancy and in-house experience is highly desirable, especially within the D2C or Performance Marketing sectors. Proven expertise in end-to-end people processes across multiple functions in a matrix organization is essential, including supporting strategy implementation, training, and stakeholder management. Strong organizational and time management skills are required, with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, SaaS platforms like Asana or Monday, and communication tools like Slack. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for influencing and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvement, data analysis, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Converting performance review outcomes into actionable 30/60/90-day development plans, focusing on skills enhancement, training, and mentoring.
  • Assisting in preparing compensation approval documentation, including parity checks, budget considerations, and total rewards rationale to promote fairness and transparency.
  • Managing employee engagement initiatives by conducting quarterly pulse surveys, analyzing data, and translating insights into practical action plans.
  • Supporting employee experience programs across remote and in-person teams, including onboarding, offboarding, and transition processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate business objectives into people strategies, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining stakeholder maps and action trackers.
  • Executing HR operations flawlessly, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, maintaining compliance calendars, and supporting audit readiness through accurate documentation and workflows.
  • Designing and implementing learning and development initiatives, mapping competencies to learning paths, and measuring behavioral and performance improvements over time.
