Human Resource Consultant London
AssessTEAM is a powerful employee evaluation platform that requires a certain degree of familiarity with HR terminology and understanding of high-level employee evaluation techniques. We are looking for individuals and agencies who would be happy to work with us to rollout AssessTEAM for clients who need assistance in the London and adjoining states.

Candidate Profile
- Expertise in setting up employee evaluations both online and paper-based, in-depth understanding of evaluation methodologies like self-evaluation, peer review, 360-degree.
- Experience in setting up job responsibilities and converting them into KPIs that can be evaluated.
- A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Knowledge of industry standards and legal obligations.
- Proficiency in establishing clear job descriptions.
- Experience working with HR software including Payroll / Timesheets.
