Senior HRIS Manager
c£90,000 plus excellent benefits, UK based, fully hybrid, permanent.
Our client is a global organisation with a strong international footprint, currently undergoing significant transformation across its people systems landscape. As part of a wider HR technology evolution and ongoing optimisation of their global platforms, they are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to support the enhancement, integration, and governance of their HR systems.
About the Role
As Senior HRIS Manager you will take ownership of the businesses Workday landscape and will lead the ongoing development of the organisations Workday platform, driving system enhancements, integrations and automation projects that improve efficiency and the overall user experience. Managing a team of HRIS specialists, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that make a real impact. You'll be the go-to expert for complex Workday queries across HCM while also overseeing system governance, security, configuration, release management, and ongoing enhancements. You'll ensure the integrity of HR data, maintain strong reporting and compliance standards, and support key annual processes including performance, compensation, and benefits cycles.

Requirements
- Significant experience leading Workday HRIS functions within a management or leadership role
- Strong blend of operational service delivery and project experience
- Solid understanding of Workday configuration, integrations, and the wider HR technology landscape
- Experience with Workday HCM and its core modules
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships across international teams
