🚀 HR Intern (Volunteer) – Students & Recent Graduates | Remote
Are you interested in gaining hands-on recruitment experience while working with an international consulting organization?
Blackmont Consulting is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to support our recruitment team in identifying talented Business Consultants from around the world.

Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organization that provides students and recent graduates with structured international consulting project experience.
Our global teams collaborate on real-world consulting projects, helping organizations improve decision-making, operational performance and business outcomes through research, analysis and strategic recommendations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will play an important role in our recruitment process by:
- Conducting recruitment for Business Consultant Interns through LinkedIn and other approved platforms.
- Screening applications and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Scheduling and conducting online interviews.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records using Microsoft Excel.
- Updating recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Attending weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager.
- Supporting the recruitment team with general HR and administrative activities.

- Currently enrolled university students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is beneficial but not required.
