About The Role

We are currently partnering with a prominent medical manufacturing company that is recognized as Europe's leading provider of bespoke medical products to healthcare professionals worldwide. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead their people function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, supporting employee wellbeing and performance, overseeing HR systems and compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong HR expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills to help drive organizational success and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a generalist HR role with a strong understanding of Northern Ireland employment law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working within SMEs, manufacturing, or healthcare environments will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives and performance management processes to promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Oversee HR systems and ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a strong company culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the development of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on key indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workplace environment.
