Position: HR Manager - Multi-Site

Location: Flintshire

Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview

We're looking for an experienced HR manager to lead the HR function across multiple sites, partnering with managers to deliver a proactive, commercially focused people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the HR team.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and employment law.
  • Partner with managers to support business performance and organisational change.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and records remain compliant and up to date.
  • Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven HR manager or senior HR generalist experience.
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
  • Experience leading an HR team across multiple sites.
  • Commercial, proactive, and confident influencing stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Manufacturing background preferred
