Position: HR Manager - Multi-Site
Location: Flintshire
Hours: Monday - Friday
Overview
We're looking for an experienced HR manager to lead the HR function across multiple sites, partnering with managers to deliver a proactive, commercially focused people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR team.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and employment law.
- Partner with managers to support business performance and organisational change.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and records remain compliant and up to date.
- Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement.

About You
- Proven HR manager or senior HR generalist experience.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Experience leading an HR team across multiple sites.
- Commercial, proactive, and confident influencing stakeholders.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
- Manufacturing background preferred
