About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department at DevLogix Limited. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture by developing and implementing effective HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a positive work environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and innovation. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR principles within the technology sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic goals and values.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
  • Design and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws and employment regulations, keeping updated on legislative changes.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote professional growth.
  • Address employee grievances and complaints promptly and fairly, conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the confidentiality of employee information at all times.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
