About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join DevLogix Limited. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the implementation of effective strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations processes.
- Familiarity with employment laws and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and core values.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Create comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and employment regulations, staying updated on legislative changes.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities aimed at enhancing skills and fostering professional growth.
- Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair, timely, and confidential manner, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
