About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join DevLogix Limited. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a positive work environment aligned with our company values and culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering employee engagement initiatives. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while also supporting the professional growth and well-being of our employees.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. You should have proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry. A thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, along with proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite, is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are vital for success in this role. A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally are also essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and values.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Create and facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Oversee performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and employment regulations, keeping abreast of legislative updates and implementing necessary changes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills, promote career advancement, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Handle employee grievances and complaints promptly and fairly, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
