About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Professional to join our team supporting two major projects in the London area. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile infrastructure initiatives while ensuring HR policies and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with industry standards. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for staff, providing guidance on HR matters, managing employee engagement initiatives, and driving operational efficiencies. The position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws. The role is based at our office in Covent Garden, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor's degree or international equivalent, complemented by more than five years of relevant HR experience. A strong understanding of UK employment law is essential, along with a keen interest in HR best practices and innovative approaches. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Additionally, the ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and security clearances is required, with potential access to site or UK security clearance being necessary.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute assigned project HR activities and programs, including staffing initiatives, employee engagement, training and development, and visa management.
- Model and promote the organizational culture and values within the project environment, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Prepare employment offers, manage onboarding processes, and oversee offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Identify training and development opportunities to support employee growth and organizational needs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices to managers and staff.
- Handle sensitive employee relations issues, support investigations, and ensure confidentiality and fairness throughout processes.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support workforce planning and compliance efforts.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
