Role Description
We are seeking an experienced instructor to lead a 5-day training course in London focused on Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Effectiveness. The course will cover key HR functions and strategies, leadership practices, and methods to improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging sessions, facilitate discussions, and provide practical insights that help participants apply concepts in real-world settings. This is a part-time opportunity for someone with strong Learning and Development experience and a deep understanding of HR and organizational development.

- Strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, policies, and procedures, including compliance and best practices.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated Coaching capabilities to support individual learning, performance improvement, and professional growth.
- Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, or HR practitioner in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in the City of London, managing multiple sessions and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness.
- Proficiency with common presentation tools and development of learning materials (e.g., slides, handouts, digital resources).
- Relevant professional certification or a degree in Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
