Role Description
Perdix is expanding its internal capability as global operations continue to grow. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven HR / Admin Assistant to support personnel administration, onboarding, certification tracking, crew travel coordination, logistics, and general office operations. This role is central to maintaining compliance, operational flow, and accurate documentation across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain personnel files, certification records, medicals, and training logs
- Prepare onboarding packs, contracts, and right-to-work documentation
- Coordinate crew flights, accommodation, transport, and mobilisation logistics
- Support recruitment activity / posting roles
- Assist with timesheet collection and verification for payroll
- Manage correspondence, crew scheduling, and document control
- Maintain digital filing systems (SharePoint / internal trackers)
- Support audit preparation and ensure documentation accuracy
- Liaise with offshore teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and training providers

What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Professional, discreet, and proactive in problem-solving
- Experience in an HR support or administrative role is advantageous but not required
