HR Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join our client’s Human Resources team in Bangor, North Wales.
You will play a key role in supporting the HR team, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, employee records are accurately maintained, and employees receive a professional and responsive HR service within an international working environment.

Job Details
- Position: HR Administrative Assistant
- Type: Permanent
- Location: Bangor, North Wales
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Description
- Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding activities, and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems
- Produce HR reports and support payroll, benefits, and pension administration
- Support Employee Relations processes and respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Passion for HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
