About the Role
Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase. Our infrastructure and digital investment platform is becoming the platform of choice for financial advisors and their clients in the £3 trillion UK wealth management market. We are passionate about transforming the investment experience for our clients by combining leading-edge proprietary technology with fantastic customer service.
We’re looking for an organised, approachable and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our People Team at Fundment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is keen to build their experience in HR. The role is administration-heavy, so strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through are essential, but there is also scope to grow over time and get involved in wider People projects.
As our HR Administrator, you’ll support activity across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR systems, employee records, benefits administration, probation tracking, training administration, engagement activity and offboarding.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have an interest in training, learning and development, or employee communications. Over time, there may be opportunities to support the delivery of internal training on new policies and procedures, including helping to prepare materials, coordinate sessions and contribute to presenting information to colleagues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
