I'm currently partnering with a leading global FMCG business to recruit an HR Administrator to join their HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across the UK and Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing HR administration experience, gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and develop their career within a fast-paced, international organisation.
Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle.
The Role
You'll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing high-quality HR administration and support across a varied range of responsibilities, including:
- Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR correspondence.
- Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring a positive experience for new starters.
- Managing employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers and leavers.
- Maintaining accurate employee records across SAP HR and associated systems.
- Working closely with Payroll to ensure employee data and monthly changes are processed accurately and within deadlines.
- Responding to employee queries via email, telephone and ticketing systems, ensuring a professional and timely service.
- Supporting HR reporting, audits, benefits administration and family leave processes.
- Coordinating long service awards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.

About You
I'm keen to speak with organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering an excellent service.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous administrative experience, within HR and Shared Services environment, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting employees.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience using HR systems, particularly SAP HR, would be advantageous.
- A good understanding of HR processes and employment administration.

A CIPD qualification, either completed or currently in progress, would also be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
