HR Administrator | Remote (Tuesdays in London) | £35,000–£40,000

Immediate Start | Global SaaS Business

KMK is delighted to be partnering with an innovative global SaaS company in their search for an HR Administrator to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this is a standalone operational HR Administration role, requiring someone who is confident working independently while supporting the wider business.

Working primarily remotely, you'll join the team in their London office every Tuesday and play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

As the HR Administrator, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR, benefits and employee queries.
  • Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leave management and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation across HR systems.
  • Ensure employee database files are updated regularly.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, templates and compliance documentation.
  • Administer and maintain Leapsome, ensuring goals, review cycles, organisational objectives and reporting dashboards are accurate and up to date.
  • Support managers and employees with goal setting, performance reviews and ongoing performance processes.
  • Monitor goal completion, review cycle deadlines and employee participation across performance programmes.
  • Produce HR and people analytics reports, including headcount, turnover, engagement, workforce costs and goal progress.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruitment administration.
  • Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment records.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
