We’re partnering with a brilliant, well-known FMCG business who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their People team – and this one really is about potential rather than years of experience.
You might already be studying towards your CIPD, considering starting it, or perhaps you’ve gained some solid administration experience and know that HR is where you want your career to go next.
You don’t need to come from FMCG and you don’t need to already know everything about HR. What they’re looking for is someone who is bright, organised, curious and genuinely ready and willing to learn.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be supporting the wider HR team across a variety of day-to-day People activities, giving you the opportunity to build a really strong foundation in HR. This could include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
