We're looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us, from recruitment and onboarding through to internal moves, employee support and offboarding.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who's looking to broaden their HR knowledge, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle and become a trusted part of a busy and supportive HR team.

What you'll be doing

No two days are quite the same, but you'll be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including:

  • Supporting recruitment activity by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and preparing offer documentation.
  • Delivering a great onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring everything is in place for day one and beyond.
  • Supporting internal promotions, transfers and other employee changes.
  • Managing employee leaver processes and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration, particularly during busy periods and team absences.
  • Assisting with employee relations administration, including family leave documentation and note-taking.
  • Coordinating right-to-work checks, HR records and compliance activities.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.

You'll Likely Have

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Co-ordinator role.
  • Experience using Workday or a similar HR system.
  • Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and identify improvements.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths, or able to demonstrate equivalent written communication and numeracy skills.
  • An understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.

It Would Be a Bonus If You Also Have

  • Payroll administration experience.
  • A CIPD qualification, or you're currently working towards one.
