The Role
As our HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the HR Manager and the Talent Acquisition Lead with the day-to-day delivery of our people services. You'll be the backbone of the People Team, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, our employee records are accurate, and every new starter receives a positive welcome to LivGreen Futures.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, and other employment documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
- Coordinating onboarding activities.
- Supporting recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews and completing pre-employment checks.
- Managing employee lifecycle administration.
- Supporting probation reviews, performance review administration and learning and development activities.
- Responding to employee HR queries.
- Producing HR reports and maintaining people data.
- Assisting with HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and internal procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive approach.
Desirable
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
