HR Administrator

Part Time - 20 hours per week

Trafford Park

£14.87 per hour

We're looking for an experienced, approachable, and highly organised administrator to join our team at AEC. This is a varied, people-focused role at the heart of the business.

The Role

You'll keep the people side of AEC running smoothly, supporting the full employee life cycle while being a friendly, approachable point of contact for our team. Including:

  • New starters and leavers
  • Staff changes and employee records
  • Staff skills / training records
  • Right to Work / Security vetting
  • Holiday and sickness administration
  • Facilitation of appraisals
  • Maternity, paternity and family leave
