HR Administrator / HR Assistant (Remote)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Market Competitive + Benefits & CIPD Support

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Administrator to join our People Team on a fully remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in managing core HR operations, streamlining employee lifecycle processes, and providing administrative support across the UK business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Compliance: Draft employment contracts, issue offer letters, and manage UK Right to Work (RTW) checks and GDPR-compliant screening.
  • HR Data & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records within our HRIS (e.g., Personio/Workday), tracking leave, attendance, and HR metrics.
  • Payroll Support: Collate monthly payroll inputs (new starters, leavers, salary changes) for payroll processing.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Handle offboarding, manage exit logistics, and update policies.
  • HR Helpdesk: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.

  • Experience: 1+ years in an HR Administrator or HR Support role within a UK company.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of basic UK employment regulations, GDPR, and Right to Work standards.
  • Systems: Proficiency with HRIS platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.
