Role Description

The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Rainham. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and updating HR systems. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new staff, and assisting with training and development processes. The HR Administrator will support benefits administration, help respond to employee queries, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The role also includes assisting with compliance tasks, compiling HR reports, and working closely with managers to support a positive and well-organized working environment.

  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management practices.
  • Experience with Benefits Administration, including coordinating employee benefits and handling related queries.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Basic knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to support compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role within care, training, or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
