£25,316 - £26,378 FTE (£20,526 - £21,388 pro rata) - SAT B
Part time: 30 hours per week (4 days)
Start: October/November 2026

Swale Academies Trust has an opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and capable HR Administrator to provide effective administrative and operational support across our academies.
As a primary point of contact for Headteachers and staff, the successful candidate will manage varied HR, payroll, and contractual processes to strict deadlines.
This is a challenging but rewarding role, encompassing a range of duties, including:
- Administration of new starter procedures, contracts, and offboarding formalities.
- Liaison with ICT, Recruitment, Headteachers, and external payroll provider.
- Administration of pay, leave, and pension updates.
- Note-taking duties.
- Maintenance of accurate personnel records in compliance with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
The successful candidate will be a hardworking, friendly and organised individual who is able to prioritise their own workload, and who ideally has some HR and education sector experience.
