HR ADMINISTRATOR
FTC MATERNITY 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Leicester
Up to £28,000
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team at a customer-facing destination in Leicester and provide a professional, efficient, and confidential HR service supporting approximately 100 employees.
As the first point of contact for HR, employee relations, and payroll queries, you will work closely with the Centre Director, Head of Operations, and Department Managers to ensure HR processes are delivered consistently and effectively.

ESSENTIALS ABOUT YOU...
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience, ideally within facilities, retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting employee relations cases.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
