HR Administrator

Watford, with weekly travel to London
£27,000 – £32,000 | Full-time | Immediate start

A growing group business with reputable global brands is looking for a sharp, organised HR Administrator to support its busy HR team.

You’ll help keep core HR processes running smoothly, including employee records, onboarding, recruitment admin, absence tracking, HR documentation, compliance tasks, and reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain HR records and employee data
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documents
  • Track absence, holidays, and attendance
  • Respond to employee HR queries
  • Support HR reporting, compliance, training, and performance admin

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or office administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using HR systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Clear communication and strong administrative ability
  • Professional handling of confidential information
