Location: London Heathrow, on-site
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary assignment, approximately two months

We are recruiting on behalf of a large, internationally recognised logistics organisation for a Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to support an important HR digitisation project.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, is confident using technology and can work independently while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

The Role

You will help convert archived paper employee records into secure digital files. Your work will ensure that documents are accurately scanned, appropriately indexed and securely uploaded in accordance with confidentiality, data protection and internal HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, organise and prepare archived paper records for digitisation
  • Scan documents and securely upload them to designated digital storage systems
  • Check that scanned records are complete, accurate and correctly indexed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information
  • Support document tracking and records-management activities
  • Identify missing information and assist with retrieving required documentation
  • Provide general administrative support throughout the digitisation project
  • Follow HR procedures and data protection requirements at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administrative experience
  • Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Can work independently and manage their workload effectively
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and produces accurate work
  • Has strong organisational skills and can manage large volumes of documentation
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion and professionalism
  • Is comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Communicates clearly and works effectively as part of a team

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience handling confidential information appropriately
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal record check
