I am currently looking for a HR Administrator for a company near Southampton on a 3 month contract.
Location: Southampton - min 2 days per week onsite
Duration: 3 months
Day Rate: £130 per day Umbrella rates (circa £12.77 per hour PAYE)
IR35: Inside
Clearance: BPSS will need to be obtained. SC is desirable but not essential
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
Your work will be located at the company's office near Southampton, however travel to other sites to meet business needs may be required from time to time, working closely with the people team, including:
- Organisation of internal and external meetings, provide data, take and monitor actions on databases
- Keep key intranet areas up to date with content and support with management of information to internal TV screens
- Supporting events, exhibitions, recruitment fairs, and large workshops
- Scheduling, administration and convening of core organisational transformation, training, and conferencing activities
- New starter & early careers support
- Support in the processing of staff training requests
- Maintaining weekly trackers /updating spreadsheets and general administrative support for recruitment processes
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Always fully comply with company's policies and procedures
- Undertake such other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job holder’s experience and qualifications, as may be required for the smooth operation of the business

The right person for this role will be efficient, confident and proactive, and will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of prioritising their workload and able to demonstrate the following skills:
