Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Egham, TW20 9AH, UK

Job Type: Full-time contract, Until 10/12/2026 (3 Months)

Work Model: Hybrid

Summary:

  • Provide administrative support for highly sensitive HR records, compliance, and reporting projects, including personnel file management, document control, auditing, and statutory reporting activities in our Egham office.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Records & Document Management

  • Review, organize, audit, and digitize personnel files for UK employees
  • Scan, index, and upload employment documentation into Workday and other designated repositories.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of employee files, identifying and following up on missing documents.
  • Maintain audit logs and documentation inventories.
  • Assist with records retention, archiving, secure storage, and document disposal activities in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations

Compliance & Reporting Support

  • Provide administrative support for compliance, audit, and employment documentation projects.
  • Assist with preparation activities for statutory reporting requirements in the UK, including data gathering, validation, reconciliation, and tracking.
  • Handle highly confidential employee information with discretion and in strict compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy requirements/ regulations.

HR Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support for employee separation and termination processes, including document preparation and case tracking
  • Assist with invoice administration, vendor tracking, and related HR administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, is desirable.
  • Professional working proficiency in English
