HR Administrator – Maternity Cover
Nantwich / Crewe | Site Based 4 days Home 1 day | £34,000–£36,000 | 12-Month Fixed Term
This is a great opportunity to join a busy food manufacturing business as an HR Administrator, supporting the local HR team across two sites in Nantwich and Crewe.
What will you be doing?
- Providing day-to-day HR administration and maintaining employee records
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and absence processes
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Helping deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting HR reporting, audits and compliance
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Improving HR processes and the employee experience
- Getting involved in HR projects and events
