Main Duties
- Acting as the first point of contact for any HR queries, escalating queries to the HR manager as required
- Drafting and publishing engaging job adverts
- Sifting through CVs to identify candidates
- Coordinating interviews and providing candidate feedback
- Onboarding of new starters
- Carrying out all pre-employment screening including DBS, employment references and right to work checks
- Managing leaver processes and employee changes
- Providing training and answering queries from colleagues in the use of PeopleHR
- Management of internal employee training
- Maintaining accurate records on the HR system
- Ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
- Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Assisting colleagues with employee benefits and any queries
- Assist with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required

The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an HR administration role
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying towards
- Strong IT skills and confidence using HR systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
