About The Role
Role: Human Resources Administrator
Contract: 1x year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hillsborough, NI
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the services offered within the HR team. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Coordinator, this role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality administrative support across the business.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage a variety of day-to-day tasks, including data management, onboarding coordination, and employee support, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Please note: This is an initial 1x year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Process new starter and contract change documentation.
- Provide payroll-related information to the finance team.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Coordinator.
- Assist with audits and compliance checks.
- Produce and submit weekly and monthly management reports.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Arrange Travel When Required
- Track and process probationary periods, including preparing review documentation and supporting managers with timely evaluations.

- Handle the receipt and processing of invoices and speeding fines, ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication with relevant employees.
Essential
- Strong IT skills to include Microsoft suite and good working knowledge of Internet Explorer or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience in a busy working environment
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Uses own initiative when approaching tasks.
- Stellar attention to detail and adaptability
Desirable
- Exposure to the Construction industry
- Experience within a HR team
