The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading international organisation within the insurance and professional services sector to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering seamless HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Reporting into the HR function, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processes, and acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries. This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their HR career within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration for starters, leavers, internal moves, and family leave processes.
- Prepare employee documentation and ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain HR systems and produce regular reports.
- Process payroll-related changes accurately and on time.
- Support employee relations activity through meeting coordination, note-taking, and documentation.
- Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

About You
- Previous HR administration experience or a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
