Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract (maternity cover). Some flexibility maybe required around the end date, as this is a Maternity Cover Contract.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.30am – 6pm
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Working across both our Gas Ferry Road and Aztec West Studios in Bristol. Hybrid working - with a minimum 3 days in the office

The Role:
The HR Administrator provides accurate, organised and responsive administrative support to the HR team. You will be particularly focused on high-volume administration, including crew booking forms, contracts and extensions, right-to-work checks and employee records.

It will also support wider studio activity, including inductions, work experience, training coordination, reporting and general team administration.
The Candidate:
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities. You’ll bring excellent attention to detail, a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving, and the confidentiality and diplomacy needed when handling sensitive information.
Key skills and qualities:
- Able to work independently, use sound judgement on routine matters and recognise when to seek guidance.
- A clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a good listening style.
- IT proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible, friendly and supportive, with a collaborative team approach.
- An understanding of key HR processes is highly desirable.
