HR Administrator | HR Coordinator | Human Resources | HR Operations
Location: Watford (with weekly travel to a Central London office)

Our client, a successful international business with a portfolio of globally recognised consumer brands, is looking to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join its growing Human Resources team based in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Human Resources Administrator, People Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Operations professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment and is looking to develop a long-term career within Human Resources.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, providing administrative support across HR Operations, Recruitment Administration, Employee Records, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll Coordination, HR Compliance, HR Reporting and HR Systems.

The Role
Working closely with the HR Managers, Head of HR & In-House Legal, Payroll team and department managers, you'll support a wide range of Human Resources activities and ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
This is a varied role offering exposure across the entire employee lifecycle and an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within HR Administration, HR Operations, Recruitment Support, People Administration and Employee Relations Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
- Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and reference checking.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, systems and checklists are completed.
- Manage holiday, absence and attendance records.
- Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee information.
- Respond professionally to employee HR queries regarding policies, procedures and documentation.
- Produce HR reports, employee data and management information.
- Support performance review cycles and training administration.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain complete confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous process improvements.
- Provide administrative support across the HR function to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should ideally have:
- 2-3 years' experience in HR Administration, Human Resources, HR Coordination, People Administration, Recruitment Administration or Office Administration.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Good understanding of HR processes, HR Operations and employment practices.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential employee information.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using HR systems or HRIS software would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- A positive, professional and collaborative approach.
