The Opportunity
As a HR Administrator at Swansway, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the HR function. You will provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Team, ensuring a high standard of service across the business.
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with HR policies, data protection requirements, and employment legislation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively will be essential in this fast-paced role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within the HR Administration team at Swansway. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will be encouraged to share ideas, challenge existing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in the way we work.
More about the role:
- Organising leavers administration including ensuring Payroll are notified in a timely manner
- Recording and managing of absence (holiday, sickness, unpaid leave)
- Processing contract changes and salary changes and ensuring Payroll are made aware of changes
- Updating processes as and when required
- Managing and tracking probation reviews
- Monitor/manage HR inbox
- Frontline support of HR queries
- Maintenance of all employee records as required
- Manage pre and post-employment administration
- Coordinate company inductions
- Supporting weekly sign off process

- Previous HR Administrator experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
