An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR administrator to join our established HR team to support our schools in delivering a high-quality effective HR service. This role will be primarily to administer the recruitment process, manage the new starter and leaver process, including induction and contractual documentation, and to resolve HR queries in a professional and proactive manner. As an HR Administrator in a small HR team you will have opportunities to be involved with a variety of HR related activities.
This is a generalist and varied role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must be highly organised and have good attention to detail combined with the ability to manage your own time, balance a variety of responsibilities and prioritise tasks. You will be a confident communicator and able to build rapport quickly.

CIPD level 3 or the desire to work towards this would be an advantage. Your HR experience could have been acquired in business, education, or the not-for-profit sector. At least two years’ administration experience is required.
