We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused People Advisor to join our team and provide expert, practical support across the full colleague journey — from recruitment and onboarding through to development, pay, benefits and offboarding.
This is a varied role at the heart of our People team. You’ll be a key point of contact for colleagues and managers, providing clear guidance, resolving people queries and helping ensure our people processes run smoothly, accurately and compliantly.
A day in the life...
- Provide responsive, high-quality advice and support to colleagues and managers across a wide range of people queries.
- Deliver an effective People Help Desk, providing guidance on policies, processes, systems and best practice.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, reboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate and legally compliant.
- Maintain accurate, secure and confidential colleague and candidate records in line with data protection requirements.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, helping ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
- Provide day-to-day support with employee relations queries, helping managers understand and apply people policies and processes.
- Support learning and development administration and maintain accurate training records.
- Prepare people reports and provide accurate information from people systems.
- Support compliance activities, audits and people-related risk management.
- Create and maintain clear, helpful People guidance so colleagues can easily find the information they need.
- Support People projects, events and initiatives as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People team and wider business to resolve issues and deliver great colleague experiences.

Hot Skills
- 1-2 years experience in a HR / People Administration role
- Relevant HR qualification/ degree is desirable
- Is genuinely curious about people and enjoys learning across the HR/People space.
- Has a good understanding of core HR processes, data protection, payroll and employment legislation.
- Is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing records, documentation and multiple priorities.
- Has experience working with HR systems and everyday office tools.
- Provides excellent customer service and takes pride in delivering a great experience for colleagues and managers.
- Is confident communicating policies and processes clearly and making complex information easy to understand.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Builds positive relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Is solutions-focused, with good judgement and practical problem-solving skills.
- Can handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Is dependable, proactive and comfortable managing their own workload.
- Can analyse basic people data and use existing reports to provide meaningful information.

This is a hybrid role based from our Putney office 3 days a week.
