HR Advisor
Full-Time, Permanent
Sheffield - with travel to additional locations
£45,000 + car allowance
Are you an experienced HR Advisor qualified to CIPD Level 5? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful business travelling to various sites and providing expert HR advice!
Description of the role:
- Being the first point of contact to all HR related queries.
- Advising both managers and employees on policies and procedures.
- Supporting HR Business Partners on disciplinary and investigation processes.
- Supporting recruitment activities and conducting interviews.
- Managing the onboarding and probation process for new starters.
- Identifying training and development needs throughout the business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the payroll team with payroll information and providing support to employees.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

About you:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
- Experience of working within an Advisory or Generalist role.
- Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
- HR System and software knowledge.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Ability to travel to additional sites and locations.
