HR Advisor - People & Culture Directorate
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture Directorate as an HR Advisor. This role will play a key role in supporting our people, managers and business objectives across a complex and diverse organisation of approximately 1,700 employees.
Working as part of the wider People & Culture function, the HR Advisor provides both strategic and operational HR support, helping to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

The HR function supports the organisation in attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talented employees while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
