About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, motivated, and proactively driven individual to join the Operational Human Resources Department as an HR Advisor to complement the existing team.
This post offers a unique opportunity for an HR professional or individual with staff management experience wishing to increase their people knowledge. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a proactive, effective, and high-quality HR service by providing operational support for line managers and staff using a variety of platforms (face to face and/or virtual) dealing with a range of day-to-day employee relation issues.
Right to Work in the UK: This role is not available for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa applications for this post in line with UKVI regulations.
Building upon your existing experience within HR, the successful candidate will demonstrate a sound knowledge of current employment legislation and good HR practice, along with a particular understanding of the HR issues facing the NHS at present. You will have the skills and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels and across a range of staff groups verbally and in writing, as well as a proactive, positive approach and demonstrable experience of contributing at a high level to a support service function within our People and Culture Division.

Whilst predominately office based, there are opportunities for hybrid working once you have settled into the role.
