HR Advisor
We are working with an established organisation in the Harrogate area that is looking to recruit an HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a broad range of HR activities and employee relations matters.
You must have previous HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Advisor experience and be able to commute to the Harrogate area part of the week.

Salary:
£27,500 per annum
Contract:
Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation where you will play a key role in supporting the HR function across multiple sites. You will gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and employee relations matters, playing a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organisation.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide proactive HR support, maintain accurate HR records, contribute to reporting and analysis, and help deliver an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong and credible relationships with managers across multiple locations.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and conduct-related issues.
- Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and wider people processes.
- Manage and monitor absence management data, providing accurate reports and recommendations.
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
- Promote and communicate employee benefits and wellbeing programmes.
- Produce HR data analysis, reports, and annual submissions, including statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal processes and employment legislation.
- Provide first-line HR guidance and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and continuous development initiatives.
About You:
- Previous experience within an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Advisor role (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to develop a long-term career in HR.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A willingness to study towards CIPD Level 3 and/or Level 5 if not already qualified.
