HRLife are delighted to be working with a growing business to find them a pro-active HR Advisor for a 12-month FTC.
This is a great opportunity for a curious HR generalist who wants to be involved and trusted to work independently, add value, and given the autonomy to take ownership of their day-to-day work.
Based in the office twice a week, you'll need to have broad generalist experience and have experience of working closely with managers and employees as you'll be providing proactive support covering the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, performance, absence, maternity and paternity, recruitment, and supporting with pay reviews.
Working in a team, you'll be integral to supporting the wider HRBPs and HRD with various ad hoc projects but you'll need gravitas and confidence to be able to partner directly with managers to offer coaching and advice to resolve their people issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with Senior managers to provide sound, credible advice on a range of people issues
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact on all HR issues across multiple sites
- Provide data analysis and trends to managers to support their day-to-day decision-making
- Develop and embed HR processes and policies in line with employment law changes
- Support with ad hoc HR transformation projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring activity
- Working with the broader HR team to drive cyclical HR activity such as performance reviews, salary reviews, appraisals, and embedding new engagement initiatives
- Taking a proactive approach with recruitment ensuring a great candidate experience
- Managing all related admin to ER cases, ensuring timely and efficient processes

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves ER but is also keen to get involved with broader HR tasks.
You'll be commercially minded, focused on delivery, be credible and approachable, and have a natural ability to build trust quickly across all parts of the business.
Salary: 35-40k.
Initially 12 months but with potential to be extended.
