Aldridge Education

Aldridge Education is a charitable Trust of entrepreneurial community schools and colleges that help young people to reach their potential. We support our schools’ Principals and teachers in rapidly improving the quality of education across early years, primary, secondary and sixth-form phases to transform the life chances of our students.

Job Description

To work closely with the HR Partner, Safer Recruitment Coordinator, and wider HR team to provide proactive advisory and administration service to the academies within the London remit.

The HR Advisor plays a key role in delivering a proactive, high-quality, and customer-focused HR service to Dukes Aldridge Academy. Working closely with the HR Partner, Academy leaders, and managers, the postholder will provide professional advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring:

  • Supporting the full employee cycle (onboarding, probation, absence, ER) with strong system and process administration.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contributing to a culture where colleagues feel supported to perform at their best.

The HR Advisor will also support Trust-wide organizational projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure the People function delivers an efficient, responsive, and valued service across the Academy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
